Came to buy a chainsaw, looked for a bit to figure out what one I want 20 minutes there never did a single worker ever come by. Went to the register the guy sent me back there and told me he would get somebody, then I was told to go up front and he’d bring it up. 15 minutes go by still nothing, I asked several times and was told somebody is grabbing it. Eventually 20 minutes later I left. Terrible communication and service. Only a 2 star because I’ve been to runnings before and it was fine.

I love this store. Somehow beats fleet farm in my book because when the other stores didnt have fuses for my old house, these guys had them and they had a ton! Not flashy. Just a good store.

As my son’s birthday came closer I began to get anxious and calling every other day or so to finally about a week later as I was told “our guy isn’t in this week.” It was evident that I had been lied to over and over for just short of 2 weeks. I called around to every location within reason and finally found an assembled unit in Litchfield. (Those guys were great) That isn’t even the bad part. It wasn’t but two weeks when the bike started leaking oil like a sieve. After a back and forth Coleman and Runnings because one said the other was responsible for warranty and vice versa. I was finally told to bring it to the Saint Cloud location for repair. I was NOT however told that it would sit for weeks before getting sen
